ISP Platform

PyroRadiusUnified ISP Operations & Subscriber Management

PyroRadius

Replaces an entire stack of standalone ISP tools with one integrated operations platform.

Priced per deployment

$450/ deployment · month

$4860 yearly — save 10%

Built for operators from 500 to 500,000+ subscribers.

The problem

A typical ISP runs FreeRADIUS for authentication, one product for billing, another for ticketing, a third for monitoring, and a fourth for graphing. None of them share a subscriber record. Provisioning a customer means touching four systems, and answering "why is this customer offline and unbilled" means opening all of them.

The solution

PyroRadius unifies AAA and RADIUS, subscriber management, billing, CRM, ticketing, network monitoring, traffic graphing, and device management behind one dashboard — with Huawei OLT and MikroTik monitoring, customer and dealer portals, and a full REST API built in.

Business outcome

One platform replaces five licences and the integration work between them, while support resolves faster because every system shares one subscriber record.

Live architecture

The system, running.

The real topology — stages fan out, run in parallel, and rejoin. Nothing here waits on a person to press a button.

Implementation

From first call to running system.

01Week 0

Scope

A 15-minute call to map the process you want removed. We come back with what we would build, what it costs, and what it does not solve. No contract to get here.

02Week 1

Design

We document the pipeline stage by stage and agree the integrations. You approve the flow before a line of code is written.

03Weeks 2–6

Build

The system is built against your real data and tools. You see working software at the end of each week, not a status report.

04Week 6+

Deploy

We roll out alongside your existing process, not instead of it, until the numbers say it is safe to switch. Training is included.

05Ongoing

Own

The build is yours. Support and further features are available, but there is no subscription holding your operations hostage.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

The product platforms are priced per unit per month. Custom builds are different: you pay once for the build and own the result outright, with no recurring licence. Which model applies depends on whether you are adopting a product or commissioning a bespoke system.

A focused build that automates a single high-impact process typically runs two to three weeks. A full end-to-end system covering a whole department is usually four to six. Anything larger, we will say so during scoping rather than after you have signed.

That is the point. Integration into your existing CRM, ATS, inbox, and telephony is part of every build. If something in your stack has no API, we will tell you at scoping rather than discovering it halfway through.

Product subscriptions can be rescaled or cancelled at any time. Custom builds are already yours, so stopping means we stop — the system keeps running.

No. These systems remove the repetitive work around the job — data entry, chasing, scheduling, reporting. The people doing the judgement work get more time for it.

Systems run against your own accounts and storage. We do not pool your data with other customers or use it to train shared models. Where regulation requires on-premise deployment, we build for that instead.
