Business Automation Software

Systems that runyour operations.

Recruitment, revenue, and communications are three processes most companies run on a stack of disconnected tools and manual handoffs. We replace that with systems that do the work themselves — and you own what we build.

Recruitment

Problem
Recruiters spend the day on data entry, scheduling, and chasing rather than on candidate conversations.
Automation
WorkforceOS sources, parses, screens, and schedules automatically, while CallForge captures every call against the candidate record.
Outcome
More placements per recruiter without adding headcount.
WorkforceOSCallForgeInterview Copilot

Staff Augmentation

Problem
Bench utilisation is guesswork because supply, demand, and client requirements live in separate spreadsheets.
Automation
WorkforceOS matches available consultants to open requirements and keeps the client pipeline current automatically.
Outcome
Higher bench utilisation and faster response to client briefs.
WorkforceOSLeadForge

Healthcare

Problem
Credential checks and shift coverage are handled manually under time pressure, with compliance risk attached.
Automation
WorkforceOS tracks credentials and availability; CallForge logs every patient and staffing call with a written summary.
Outcome
Shifts filled faster with a defensible audit trail.
WorkforceOSCallForge

Manufacturing

Problem
High-volume shift hiring restarts from zero every season, and the same candidates are re-screened repeatedly.
Automation
WorkforceOS maintains a live talent pool and re-engages known candidates before sourcing new ones.
Outcome
Lower cost per hire and shorter ramp for seasonal peaks.
WorkforceOS

Construction

Problem
Trades are hired per project, so the pipeline is rebuilt for each site and certifications are re-verified by hand.
Automation
WorkforceOS holds certifications and availability against each worker and reactivates them per project.
Outcome
Crews staffed in days rather than weeks.
WorkforceOS

Finance

Problem
Client conversations carry regulatory weight but are recorded inconsistently across advisers.
Automation
CallForge records, transcribes, and summarises every call into the client record automatically.
Outcome
Consistent records and materially less review effort.
CallForgeLeadForgeInterview Copilot

Insurance

Problem
Quote follow-up depends on an agent remembering, and warm leads go cold in the gap.
Automation
LeadForge sequences follow-ups on its own and stops the moment a prospect replies.
Outcome
More quotes converted from the same lead volume.
LeadForgeCallForge

Real Estate

Problem
Enquiries arrive across portals, email, and phone, and the fastest responder wins the instruction.
Automation
LeadForge validates and routes enquiries instantly; CallForge keeps the full conversation history on the contact.
Outcome
Faster first response and fewer lost instructions.
LeadForgeCallForge

Education

Problem
Admissions teams handle repeated enquiries and chase incomplete applications by hand.
Automation
LeadForge runs the applicant nurture sequence; CallForge centralises every admissions call.
Outcome
Higher application completion with a smaller admissions team.
LeadForgeCallForgeInterview Copilot

Legal

Problem
Intake calls are unstructured, and matter details are re-keyed from notes after the fact.
Automation
CallForge captures the intake conversation and produces a structured summary against the matter.
Outcome
Cleaner intake records and less fee-earner admin.
CallForgeInterview Copilot

Customer Support

Problem
Agents repeat questions the customer already answered because history sits in another system.
Automation
CallForge opens the full contact record before the call connects and writes the summary afterwards.
Outcome
Shorter handle times and measurably better first-contact resolution.
CallForgeInterview Copilot

Call Centres

Problem
Quality assurance samples a tiny fraction of calls, so coaching is based on anecdote.
Automation
CallForge records and summarises every call; Interview Copilot guides agents live on the ones that matter.
Outcome
Coaching grounded in complete data rather than spot checks.
CallForgeInterview Copilot

Sales Teams

Problem
Reps spend more time maintaining the CRM than selling, and forecasts rest on self-reported data.
Automation
LeadForge updates the pipeline from real system events — sends, replies, and bookings.
Outcome
More selling hours and a forecast leadership can trust.
LeadForgeCallForgeInterview Copilot

Marketing Agencies

Problem
Reporting across many client workspaces is rebuilt by hand every month.
Automation
LeadForge handles multi-workspace campaigns and generates per-client performance views automatically.
Outcome
Reporting time collapses and clients see results sooner.
LeadForge

IT Services

Problem
Delivery consultants are billable, but sourcing and pre-sales pull them into unbillable work.
Automation
WorkforceOS runs technical sourcing and screening; LeadForge handles pre-sales outreach.
Outcome
Consultant time stays on billable delivery.
WorkforceOSLeadForge

Software Companies

Problem
Outbound and hiring both scale badly, and each new market means another manual process.
Automation
LeadForge runs outbound across workspaces while WorkforceOS scales technical hiring alongside it.
Outcome
Growth without a proportional increase in operations headcount.
LeadForgeWorkforceOS

Logistics

Problem
Driver recruitment and dispatch communication run on phone calls nobody logs.
Automation
WorkforceOS keeps the driver pipeline warm; CallForge records dispatch calls against each contact.
Outcome
Faster driver onboarding and traceable dispatch decisions.
WorkforceOSCallForge

Transportation

Problem
Compliance documents and licence expiries are tracked in spreadsheets and missed.
Automation
WorkforceOS holds documents against each worker and flags expiries before they lapse.
Outcome
Fewer compliance gaps and less administrative chasing.
WorkforceOS

Retail

Problem
Store-level hiring is handled by managers who are not recruiters, in the hours they do not have.
Automation
WorkforceOS screens and schedules centrally so managers only meet shortlisted candidates.
Outcome
Stores staffed faster with far less manager time spent hiring.
WorkforceOS

E-commerce

Problem
Customer contact is split across channels, so nobody sees the whole relationship.
Automation
CallForge centralises voice alongside the contact record; LeadForge runs retention sequences.
Outcome
Higher repeat purchase rate and fewer unresolved contacts.
CallForgeLeadForge

Professional Services

Problem
Business development competes with billable work and always loses.
Automation
LeadForge runs outreach and follow-up continuously; Interview Copilot supports the pitch itself.
Outcome
A pipeline that keeps moving during delivery-heavy periods.

Implementation

From first call to running system.

01Week 0

Scope

A 15-minute call to map the process you want removed. We come back with what we would build, what it costs, and what it does not solve. No contract to get here.

02Week 1

Design

We document the pipeline stage by stage and agree the integrations. You approve the flow before a line of code is written.

03Weeks 2–6

Build

The system is built against your real data and tools. You see working software at the end of each week, not a status report.

04Week 6+

Deploy

We roll out alongside your existing process, not instead of it, until the numbers say it is safe to switch. Training is included.

05Ongoing

Own

The build is yours. Support and further features are available, but there is no subscription holding your operations hostage.

Security & support

Built to pass procurement.

Your data stays yours

Systems run against your own accounts and storage. We do not pool customer data or train shared models on it.

Access control

SSO with Google or Microsoft, plus per-role permissions so people only see the records their job requires.

Deployed where you need it

Managed cloud by default. Where regulation requires it, we deploy into your own infrastructure instead.

Enterprise support

A named engineer who knows your build, not a ticket queue. Response commitments agreed in writing before launch.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

The product platforms are priced per unit per month. Custom builds are different: you pay once for the build and own the result outright, with no recurring licence. Which model applies depends on whether you are adopting a product or commissioning a bespoke system.

A focused build that automates a single high-impact process typically runs two to three weeks. A full end-to-end system covering a whole department is usually four to six. Anything larger, we will say so during scoping rather than after you have signed.

That is the point. Integration into your existing CRM, ATS, inbox, and telephony is part of every build. If something in your stack has no API, we will tell you at scoping rather than discovering it halfway through.

Product subscriptions can be rescaled or cancelled at any time. Custom builds are already yours, so stopping means we stop — the system keeps running.

No. These systems remove the repetitive work around the job — data entry, chasing, scheduling, reporting. The people doing the judgement work get more time for it.

Systems run against your own accounts and storage. We do not pool your data with other customers or use it to train shared models. Where regulation requires on-premise deployment, we build for that instead.
