Calling & CRM

CallForgeBusiness Calling Platform

CallForge

A business calling platform with a native CRM, built so no conversation is lost.

Priced per seat

$15/ seat · month

$162 yearly — save 10%

Built for teams of 2–1,000 agents. Recruitment desks and support centres commonly start at 8–30 seats.

The problem

Calls happen on personal mobiles, a separate dialler, and occasionally a softphone nobody logs into. Notes are written after the fact or not at all, managers cannot review what was said, and the customer record never reflects the conversation that actually mattered.

The solution

CallForge puts calling and the customer record in one place. Calls are placed with a click, recorded, transcribed, and summarised automatically, with contact history open beside the agent. Managers get monitoring and reporting without asking anyone for an update.

Business outcome

Every customer conversation is centralised, raising both productivity and accountability across the team.

Live architecture

The system, running.

The real topology — stages fan out, run in parallel, and rejoin. Nothing here waits on a person to press a button.

Implementation

From first call to running system.

01Week 0

Scope

A 15-minute call to map the process you want removed. We come back with what we would build, what it costs, and what it does not solve. No contract to get here.

02Week 1

Design

We document the pipeline stage by stage and agree the integrations. You approve the flow before a line of code is written.

03Weeks 2–6

Build

The system is built against your real data and tools. You see working software at the end of each week, not a status report.

04Week 6+

Deploy

We roll out alongside your existing process, not instead of it, until the numbers say it is safe to switch. Training is included.

05Ongoing

Own

The build is yours. Support and further features are available, but there is no subscription holding your operations hostage.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

The product platforms are priced per unit per month. Custom builds are different: you pay once for the build and own the result outright, with no recurring licence. Which model applies depends on whether you are adopting a product or commissioning a bespoke system.

A focused build that automates a single high-impact process typically runs two to three weeks. A full end-to-end system covering a whole department is usually four to six. Anything larger, we will say so during scoping rather than after you have signed.

That is the point. Integration into your existing CRM, ATS, inbox, and telephony is part of every build. If something in your stack has no API, we will tell you at scoping rather than discovering it halfway through.

Product subscriptions can be rescaled or cancelled at any time. Custom builds are already yours, so stopping means we stop — the system keeps running.

No. These systems remove the repetitive work around the job — data entry, chasing, scheduling, reporting. The people doing the judgement work get more time for it.

Systems run against your own accounts and storage. We do not pool your data with other customers or use it to train shared models. Where regulation requires on-premise deployment, we build for that instead.

Fifteen minutes, no contract, no deck. Tell us the process costing your team the most time and we will tell you whether it is worth automating — including when it is not.
